Nicole’s acting career came to a halt after a 1996 snowmobile accident left her laid up for months. The single mom, 39, who had packed on 45 lbs., lost it on VH1′s Celebrity Fit Club in 2010.

Following her role as the nerdy little sister, Josie landed a sexier part on Beverly Hills, 90210. Still, she couldn’t shake her image. “I would overhear fans say, ‘Look, there’s the ugly girl from Charles in Charge,’” she remembers. Now well past puberty, the 38-year-old has made notable guests appearances on CSI:NY, Bones, Two and a Half Men and Chuck. She’s also in the middle of writing her first screenplay.

Alexander admits he couldn’t get acting work after the show ended because he was overweight, so he took a job making replicas of movie props. After losing 45 lbs. he starred in 2003′s World War II movie Saints and Soldiers. The 36-year-old is now a singer who goes by the name Alexander Sky.

Willie’s drug habit sent him into a 12-step recovery program while he was still on the hit show – but the drama didn’t end there. He filled for bankruptcy in 2008, claiming he was $350,000 in debt. To add to his money woes, his wife left him and he tried to commit suicide. Today, Willie, 50, has left showbiz altogether and is sailing the high seas as an assistant director on Oceania Cruises.

Scott got his big break in 1977, playing Chachi Arcola on Happy Days, but he’s also fondly remembered as the adorable college student turned babysitter on Charles in Charge. In 2008 the actor – now 50 and married with a daughter, Bailey, 3 – starred on a reality show called Scott Baio is 45…and Single. He’s also known for his political rants and just last year received death threats after making a joke about Michelle Obama.
